Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA)
In 2006, Vector Marketing signed on as a member of DECA’s National Advisory board, joining companies the likes of Marriot International, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Food Locker Inc. and J.C.Penney Co. Inc.

As a DECA Partner For Excellence, Vector Marketing is a corporate sponsor of DECA’s annual internationa1, is a conference exhibitor and frequent advertiser in DECA publications.)

"DECA is an outstanding organization that has been preparing high school students for the workplace for more than 50 years," said Sarah Baker-Andrus, director of Academic Programs for Vector Marketing. Based in Reston, Va., DECA is a national organization with the goal of improving education and career opportunities for students interested in marketing, management and entrepreneurship. There are over 185,000 students enrolled in programs in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Canada, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Germany.

"We are continually seeking ways to enhance our programs," said Ed Davis, DECA executive director. "Vector Marketing has a great deal to offer our students as they prepare for careers in a wide range of fields.
